Wedge Wire Flat Panels & Curved DSM Screens

Our Wedge Wire Screen Panels provide a flat, smooth filtration surface for vibratory decks, drainage grates, and floor grates, holding a minimum slot gap of 0.02mm while withstanding up to 6 Kg/cm² of differential pressure. For higher-capacity dewatering and desliming, our Wedge Wire Curved Screen (DSM Sieve Plate) uses a concave arc, available in 45° through 300° geometries, so centrifugal force and gravity strip the liquid layer faster than a flat panel, holding slots from 20μm to 3000μm at a ±5μm tolerance. Both are fusion-welded in SS304, 316L, and 321.

Wedge Wire Baskets, Cylinders & Drum Screens

Our Wedge Wire Screen Basket is a removable filter insert available in cylindrical, conical, or rectangular shapes, built for centrifuge dewatering and food/pharma-grade filtration at up to 1,200 tons/month production capacity. For static, one-piece filtration in corrosive or high-temperature environments, our Wedge Wire Screen Cylinder delivers slots down to 0.02mm for self-cleaning backwash filters and chemical microfiltration. Where the equipment itself rotates, our Wedge Wire Drum Screen adds a reinforced flange and internal support structure built specifically for rotary drum filters. All three share the same SS304/316L construction and 25.4mm–1200mm outer diameter range.

Stainless Steel Metal Mesh Conveyor Belts

Our Stainless Steel Metal Mesh Conveyor Belt combines a wedge wire mesh belt, retaining strips, a driving drum, and a frame into one continuous conveying system for baking, sterilizing, and chemical handling. The same non-clogging V-profile used in our static screens keeps particles from jamming while maximizing airflow and heat exchange across the belt surface. Retaining strips from 6mm to 40mm in height keep material stable even on inclined paths, with slot openings adjustable from 0.02mm to 45mm.

Both are Johnson-type cylindrical screens built the same way, but the drum screen adds a reinforced flange and internal support structure specifically for rotary drum filters, while the screen cylinder is a static, one-piece filter tube used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and backwashing systems.
Flat panels work well for general screening, drainage, and lower-volume filtration. For higher-capacity dewatering, desliming, or fine mineral classification, the curved DSM screen uses centrifugal force to strip the liquid layer faster, giving it greater capacity and better dewatering performance than a flat panel of the same size.
